Hard work pays off
I never had the motivation to exercise or improve myself. But when I tasted of success, I found out what it feels like when hard work and dedication pay off and you are proud of yourself. I felt like I had achieved a goal. I remembered that every day. From now on, I spent every training session thinking about how good it felt to have won in the past year. I didn't need more motivation.
The motivational kick
Of course, there are also days when I have to struggle with myself and have to motivate myself to stay on the ball. But in these moments, I draw energy from looking back and seeing what I have achieved. Be it the health aspect or that I feel more comfortable in my body - by becoming aware of these facts, I reach a whole new level of energy and continue on my way.
A change for life
In addition to my attitude towards fitness and sports, my diet has also changed fundamentally. I have been aware of the positive signals from my body every day since then. I am convinced that CrossFit has completely changed my life for the better and I can only advise everyone to try it out for themselves.
