Muscle Building Workshop

The two-hour training is dedicated to the most popular fitness training goal - MUSCLE BUILDING! The six-time Fitness-X Bam Bam will train you with shoulder movements, pulling techniques and grip changes, as well as show jumping and other exercises that help you build muscle. We always emphasize the relevance of strict muscle building before we incorporate the kipping exercises into the training. We would like to provide the participants with the appropriate tools.

Muscle building training with many years of experience

A well-developed musculature is essential for a healthy and fit lifestyle. It ensures good posture and a healthy back. Targeted muscle building training is essential, especially with CrossFit: this is the only way you can perform exercises effectively, increase your performance and avoid injuries. That is why we would particularly like to show our new members how to build muscle in a targeted manner. With the six-time Fitness-X winner Bam Bam, we have exactly the right trainer for this task. With his many years of experience, he has the necessary expertise to teach the participants the most important movement sequences and, with a lot of empathy, takes into account the needs of each individual - whether beginner or advanced fitness athlete.
